At SUNROOM Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items with all original tags attached and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
